Consultant, Franchisee Recruitment

SVP, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Whe SVP Customer Experience will be instrumental in helping to implement and drive a customer experience culture that brings to life Assurant’s brand promise and purpose and values. In this position, the leader will work with management to develop Assurant’s CX vision and roadmap, oversee the ongoing deployment of Assurant’s CX management model; development of a CX common toolkit and support the execution of critical initiatives to differentiate Assurant’s customer experience.

AVP, Business Development and Strategic Growth

This position will be responsible for driving activities supporting the business unit’s strategic growth objectives, with a focus on building new client relationships, developing partnerships with other P&C companies and identifying and pursuing the leads for Flood book acquisitions.

 VP, Global Solvency

This key role will oversee the development of the corporate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Solvency regulatory framework, to determine the required data and process needs and to ensure the firm is able to operate and provide evidence of compliance when required by the regulatory bodies with which Assurant is registered. This role will also be required to assist with the development and execution of key risk processes of the Office of Risk Management, including the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool, risk appetite, risk taxonomy, and risk assessment criteria.ties.

PROGRAM MANAGER (IT INFRASTRUCTURE)

The Program Manager exemplifies the highest level of initiative and leadership skills and is responsible for ensuring that the overall program structure and program management processes enable the component teams to successfully complete their work. It will also ensure that the component deliverables can be integrated into the program’s end product, service, results and benefits.
