At the National Black MBA Association, our goal is to assist these visionaries in becoming business champions in the neighborhood and around the world. National Black MBA Association, Atlanta Chapter Entrepreneurship Programs NEW – MBA Express Series: Coffee & Connections It is time to network with current and future entrepreneurs who share the same pursuit of success in relaxed environment. Sit and sip with potential clients, partners, and investors over a cup of coffee. In an “express environment” that is tailored for active professionals, this quarterly event is designed to enhance entrepreneur’s competitive position in through training, education, mentorship, and professional support. Economic Empowerment Conference The theme of our 2008 Entrepreneur Economic Empowerment Conference is “The Power of Creating Intellectual Wealth”. Informed and influential speakers on timely topics that are relevant to entrepreneurs, a great venue, well-organized sessions and an engaging atmosphere --- don’t miss this year’s exciting and educational event. Entrepreneurship Showcase This program is a platform for leading entrepreneurs to present the latest breakthroughs in terms of management and business development. A Business Network Program is being developed to refer business to our members. We will share idea, resource, and support each other in business. We will provide an environment in which you develop personal relationships with dozens of other qualified business professionals. Additionally, entrepreneurs will begin to establish a "formal" relationship with other entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial Spotlight An Entrepreneurial Spotlight Program is being offered for entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs in the Chapter and community. This program allows an entrepreneur to showcase his or her business during a general meeting. The Entrepreneur will be allowed to provide a brief introduction (3-4 minutes) of the company and its products and services. Entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to distribute marketing collateral at the beginning and end of the meeting. |
